Payment and Cancellation Policy

  1. A full payment is required to reserve your spot in the training/service and for the
    selected day and time.

  2. The advance payment serves to guarantee your booking with ISI Training Center. This means that once you have received confirmation from us that your booking has been received, we will hold your place in the training or service for the date(s) and time you have specified (the Training/Training Date). 

    Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance of the Training/Service Date, will receive a 100% refund of your payment/deposit. Cancellations made between 14 days and 7 days of the Training Date will incur a 50% fee and the remaining 50% will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 7 days from the Training Date there will be no refund.
